HETMET – static and dynamic balancing with the precision your machine demands.

Vibrations, noise, accelerated bearing wear, and shortening component service life – these are the classic symptoms of imbalance in rotating machine parts. A problem that is often underestimated, yet one of the most common causes of costly failures in industry. HETMET offers professional static and dynamic balancing of rotating components, restoring smooth, efficient, and long-lasting machine operation. We have precision balancing equipment and many years of experience in servicing industrial, marine, and power generation machinery.

What do we balance?
Electric motor rotors – An electric motor with an unbalanced rotor generates vibrations that are transmitted throughout the entire machine and its foundations.
Drive shafts – Drive shafts operate under heavy load and at high rotational speeds – even minor imbalance results in strong vibrations transmitted throughout the entire drive system.
Fans and blowers – Fan rotors are particularly susceptible to the build-up of contaminants, erosion, and mechanical damage to the blades, which directly leads to imbalance.
Pump rotors – An unevenly worn or damaged pump rotor is not just a source of vibrations – it also causes a drop in performance, cavitation, and rapid deterioration of mechanical seals.
Other rotating components – We balance all other components whose operation requires dynamic balance to be maintained: flywheels, drums, couplings, brake discs, turbine rotors, and other rotating parts used in industrial machinery.
